* Mana cost of Forked Lightning change to 70/85/100/115 from 80/90/100/110, and casting range increased to 500/525/550/575

* Increased cooldown of Silence to 28 sec, and AoE to 325/400/475 (from 300/375/450)

* Further nerfed the stats of creeps after round 13
* Slightly reduced the str and int gain of Warchief (str: from 2.95 to 2.8, int: from 1.5 to 1.35), but increased his base hit points and hit point regeneration very slightly
* Slightly increased the str gain of Storm Slayer (from 2.05 to 2.25)
* Slightly increased the base hit points of Shaman, and his str gain from 1.65 to 1.8, it also has 1 base armor
